As someone who lives in the U.S. (home of food grown to be shipped not savored) but who grew up on a farm with fresh food, I was absolutely blown away by how consistently fresh the ingredients are in Costa Rican food. It&#039;s absolutely marvelous. Even simple dishes have great flavors because of the freshness, and they&#039;re much healthier for us than stale, processed U.S. food, too.]]></description>
