In reply to <a href="https://asocialnomad.com/france/sword-beach-normandy-guide/#comment-195021">Ruth Bradfield</a>.

Hello Ruth, I would contact the museum at Pegasus Briddge. +33 (0)2.31.78.19.44 info@memorial-pegasus.org and ask their advice on this. They are probably not the right people, but they will know who can help. Their team there speaks excellent English if you decided to call them rather than email. I've love to know how you get on. Sarah

I accompanied a group of American & French -10 y.o. 4th graders (part of a back-to-back program between Dearborn, Mi.& St. Cloud, Fr.) on a day trip to the Beaches of Normandy in early May of 1981. When we stopped in the town near Pegasus Bridge, we all went wading in the ocean & I found a human rib which I still have. I am wondering where I should send it perhaps for possible identification via carbon tracing or other means?
I am now 90 y.o. & would like the rib to go to the family of the deceased or to an appropriate museum.
