Hello there! Carriacou was the worst affected from Grenada and Carriacou, but is coming back to normal. The best way is to contact the owners of the MV Beryl to see how they are running. If they are not running, then they are best placed to tell you if there is a way to go between Union and Carriacou (other than a private charter). Sarah

Wie sieht es momentan in Carriacou nach dem Hurrican aus , kann man wieder urlaub machen?
Wir möchten gerne im Februar 2025 dort hin , gibt es auch andere Fährverbindungen von Union Island nach Carriacou?

Hi Nathaniel – update for you. The owners of MV Pride have another boat, but are only operating it on charters at EC$500, contact details are in the blog post. If I hear of another timetabled service for this route I’ll let you know. Sarah

I went from Grenada to Carriacou and back on a ferry. The trip North was much rougher. Do you know if this generally applies to the entire St. Vincent – Grenada route, or was just a fluke?
I intent to do the whole trip by boat as one-way, doesn’t matter whether N to S or the reverse.

You’d get about 2 hours on the island in the middle of the day, which wouldn’t be the best time for snorkeling, I think you’d be better staying overnight
