Hi Matt, you’ll need to transport between the train station and the Probolinggo to Cemoro Lawang minibus station – there are bemos that do this route (its by the bus station). I’ve marked it on the map in this post https://asocialnomad.com/indonesia/bromo-independent-travelers/#probolinggo-to-bromo–probolinggo-to-cemorro-lawang They’re not particularly comfortable – Prob – Cemorro Lawang, and they go when full. Best to try and get there before midday.
