Hi there. Yes, I *think* its operating again, but only on Friday, Saturday, Sundays. You need to buy tickets here https://maps.app.goo.gl/ACU26qq5UCBTAEzz9 and the tickets include a shuttle bus that takes you to the departure point which is at the cruise terminal (you can’t walk, you have to take the shuttle bus). Ticket office opens on the days of travel from 06:20 to 07:20. Shuttle bus leaves at 07:30. Ferry leaves at 08:00. Takes about 3 hours to get to Labuan. Let me know if you take it and how it goes.
